Studio Terms of Use
個人情報保護について
- 住所・電話番号等の個人情報(以下「個人情報」とする)は、予約・キャンセル等の事務、未払いの際のご請求、サービス／キャンペーンのお知らせ、サービス向上のためのマーケティング作業、その他スタジオレンタル業務及びこれに付随する業務以外に用いることはありません。ご本人の同意を得ずに、上記の目的以外に個人情報を利用したり、第三者に個人情報を提供したりすることはありません。
- 個人情報は、誤りのないよう正確にご記入ください。また、住所・電話番号等に変更があった場合には、すみやかにご変更の手続を行っていただきますようお願いいたします。ご本人からご請求いただければ、弊社の保有するご本人の個人情報を開示し、事実に反するときは訂正させていただきます。
スタジオご利用にあたって
- 監視カメラで２４時間監視・記録しています。
- ご利用時間はご予約時間の終了3分前までです。次の利用者の為にも5分前には退室の準備に取りかかって下さい。
- スタジオ及び館内は電子タバコを含めて禁煙です。
- スタジオ内は土足禁止です。
- 飲食の持ち込み禁止です。ゴミなどは必ず持ち帰ってください。
- スタジオ出入りの際はスタジオ内の音を止めてからドアの開閉をして下さい。
- 機材の位置を移動されましたら終了時に所定の位置に戻して下さい。
- 機材・設備の破損については実費を頂くことがあります。使用には充分な注意をお願いします。
- 機材故障や突発的なアクシデントにはその場での対応はできないので予めご了承下さい。その場合でも料金は発生します。
- 通路に置いてある機材はスタジオでの利用不可、スタジオ内持込禁止となっています。
- スタジオの照明、エアコンは必ず切って退出をお願いします。
- 無人スタジオですのでスタッフは常駐しておりません。
- 予約時間を過ぎた場合は再入場できません。再入場の際は有料でもう一度予約をお取り頂く必要があります。
- ご利用にあたっては法令および各自治体の条例に従っていただきます。
上記会員規約に従っていただけない場合、また顕著に営業にさしさわる行為等があった場合は、退出および会員解約させていただき、今後のご利用をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。
スタジオ利用規則
当スタジオでは、すべてのお客様に安全かつ快適にご利用いただくために、次のとおり利用規則を定めておりますのでお守りください。この規則をお守りいただけないときは約款第8条により、設備使用のご継続をお断りすることもございます。また事故がおきた場合には、お客様に損害に対するご負担をいただくこともありますので、特にご留意くださいますよう、お願い申しあげます。
- 当スタジオの許可なく炊事用・暖房用・キャンドルなどの火器などをご使用にならないでください。
- 火災の原因となりやすい場所での喫煙はご遠慮ください。
- スタジオ内ではほかのお客さまのご迷惑になる下記の物の持ち込み、または行為はご遠慮 ください。
1.犬・猫・小鳥そのほかの愛玩動物。
2.悪臭・害毒を発するもの。
3.発火または引火性のもの。
4.著しく多数量な物品。
5.そのほか法令で所持を禁じられているもの。
- 当スタジオの許可なく使用契約をしているスタジオ設備以外の場所に立ち入らないでくだ さい。
- 当スタジオにご相談なくスタジオ内の備品を移動したり、またスタジオ内に造作を施し、あるいは改造したりしないでください。
- スタジオ内の小物備品を、スタジオ外に持ち出さないでください。
- お忘れ物、遺失物の保管は特にご指定のない限り30日間までとさせていただきます。
キャンセル料に関する規定
キャンセル料に関する規定 ご予約成立後のお取り消し、変更には如何なる理由があろうとも下記の通りキャンセル料をお支払いただきます。
- ご予約日の前日・当日：100%
- ご予約日の2日〜7日前：50%
- ご予約日の8日以上前：0%
Privacy Policy
Personal information such as your address and phone number (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") will only be used for administrative purposes such as reservations and cancellations, billing for unpaid fees, announcements of services/campaigns, marketing activities for service improvement, and other studio rental operations and related services. We will not use personal information for purposes other than those listed above, nor will we provide personal information to third parties without your consent. Please ensure that your personal information is accurate. If there are any changes to your address, phone number, etc., please promptly update your information. Upon your request, we will disclose any personal information we hold about you and correct it if it is factually incorrect.
Studio Usage Guidelines
The studio is monitored and recorded 24 hours a day by security cameras. Your usage time ends 3 minutes before your reserved time. Please begin preparing to exit 5 minutes before the end of your session for the next user. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the studio and the building. No outdoor shoes are allowed inside the studio. Bringing in food and drinks is prohibited. Please take all trash with you when you leave. When entering or exiting the studio, please pause any sound inside the studio before opening or closing the door. If you move any equipment, please return it to its designated position at the end of your session. You may be charged for the actual cost of any damage to equipment or facilities. Please use them with extreme care. Please be aware that we cannot provide immediate assistance for equipment malfunctions or sudden accidents. Fees will still apply in such cases. Equipment placed in the hallway is not permitted for use in the studio and should not be brought inside the studio. Please make sure to turn off the studio lights and air conditioning before exiting. This is an unmanned studio, so staff are not always present. You cannot re-enter the studio after your reserved time has passed. If you wish to re-enter, you will need to make another paid reservation. When using the studio, please comply with all laws and local ordinances. If you do not adhere to the above membership terms, or if there are any actions that significantly interfere with our business operations, we may ask you to leave, cancel your membership, and deny future use of the studio.
Studio Rules
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all customers, our studio has established the following rules. Please observe them. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the discontinuation of equipment use as per Article 8 of our terms and conditions. Furthermore, in the event of an accident, you may be held responsible for damages, so please pay particular attention to these rules.
Please do not use cooking equipment, heating devices, candles, or any other open flames without the studio's permission. Please refrain from smoking in areas prone to fire hazards. To avoid disturbing other customers, please refrain from bringing the following items into the studio or engaging in the following behaviors:
- Dogs, cats, small birds, or other pets.
- Items emitting foul odors or harmful substances.
- Flammable or incendiary materials.
- Excessively large quantities of goods.
- Any other items prohibited by law.
Please do not enter areas of the studio facility other than those for which you have a usage contract, without the studio's permission. Please do not move fixtures within the studio, construct alterations, or make modifications to the studio without consulting us. Please do not take small accessories or fixtures out of the studio. Lost and found items will be kept for up to 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
Regarding cancellations and changes after a reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply regardless of the reason:
- Day before or on the day of reservation: 100%
- 2 to 7 days before reservation: 50%
- 8 or more days before reservation: 0%

その場合でも利用料金が発生することをご利用の際は予めご了承のうえご利用ください。
各スタジオの機材は予告なく変更になることがあります。

In such cases, please be aware that the usage fee will still be incurred.
Equipment in each studio is subject to change without prior notice.
