ライブスケジュールは、以下の方法でご確認いただけます。

PCの場合: メニューの「LIVE」にカーソルを合わせ、表示される月を選択してクリックしてください。

スマートフォンの場合: ハンバーガーメニュー（三本線のアイコン）を開き、「LIVE」の横にある「＋」をタップして、調べたい月を選択してください。

▶キャンセル料について

参加予約完了後に予約をキャンセルされたい場合は、イベント開催日の前日23:59までの予約キャンセルの場合はキャンセル料がかかりません。

それ以降のキャンセル、当日のキャンセルについては、前売チケット代金100%のキャンセル料が発生します。

無断キャンセルにつきましても前売チケット代金100%のキャンセル料が発生しますのでご了承ください。

▶キャンセル料が発生した場合の支払方法

銀行振込：指定の銀行口座位にキャンセル料をお振り込みいただくようお願いいたします。

▶無断キャンセルの対応について

無断キャンセルは参加できないお客様にご迷惑をかける恐れがあるため、無断キャンセルが２回連続で発生した場合、今後の参加申し込みを拒否させていただくことがございますので何卒ご了承くださいませ。

▶キャンセル料が発生しない場合の免責事項について

1. イベント主催者によりイベントが中止された場合、事前にお支払いいただいた参加費は全額返金されます。参加費の返金方法やスケジュールについては、別途お知らせいたします。

2. 家族の不幸や天候、災害などの緊急事態によりイベントへの参加が困難になった際には、ご連絡いただければ、当日キャンセルの場合でも事前にお支払いいただいた参加費を全額返金致します。

※キャンセルが可能な期間をすぎてのキャンセルが複数回続く場合は、参加予約のお申込みをお断りする場合がございます。

▶イベント開催当日に遅刻をする場合

やむを得ない事情により、イベント開催当日に遅刻する場合は、なるべく早急に下記までご連絡をお願いいたします。

イベント終了時までに間に合わない場合は、無断キャンセルになり無断キャンセルの取り扱いに基づいたキャンセル料を徴収させていただきます。ご了承くださいませ。

• About Cancellation Fees
  If you wish to cancel your reservation after it's confirmed, no cancellation fee will be incurred if the cancellation is made by 11:59 PM on the day prior to the event date.For cancellations made after this time or on the day of the event, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the advance ticket price will be charged.Please note that a cancellation fee of 100% of the advance ticket price will also be charged for no-shows.

• Payment Method for Cancellation Fees
  Bank Transfer: Please remit the cancellation fee to the designated bank account.
  
  
• Handling of No-Shows
  Since no-shows may inconvenience customers who wish to attend, please understand that if two consecutive no-shows occur, we may refuse future participation applications.

• Disclaimer for Cases Without Cancellation Fees
  1.If an event is canceled by the event organizer, any participation fees paid in advance will be fully refunded. We will inform you separately about the refund method and schedule.
  2.In the event of an emergency, such as a family bereavement, severe weather, or natural disaster, that makes participation difficult, please contact us. In such cases, even for same-day cancellations, we will issue a full refund of the participation fee paid in advance.
  3.Please note that if multiple cancellations occur after the permissible cancellation period, we may decline future participation applications.
  
  
• If You Will Be Late on the Event Day
  If you will be late on the event day due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at the number below.If you do not arrive by the end of the event, it will be considered a no-show, and a cancellation fee based on our no-show policy will be charged.
