前日23:59まで： キャンセル料はかかりません。

当日（前日24:00以降）： 前売チケット代金の**100%**を申し受けます。

無断キャンセル： 前売チケット代金の**100%**を申し受けます。

▶ お支払い方法

キャンセル料が発生した場合は、指定の銀行口座へのお振込みをお願いいたします。
振込先詳細は個別にご連絡いたします。

▶ 無断キャンセルへの対応

他のお客様へのご迷惑となるため、無断キャンセルが2回連続で発生した場合、以降の参加申し込みをお断りさせていただくことがございます。

▶ 免責事項（キャンセル料が発生しないケース）

主催者都合による中止：主催者によりイベントが中止となった場合、参加費は全額返金いたします。返金方法については別途個別にご案内します。

緊急事態：ご家族の不幸、悪天候、災害などのやむを得ない事情により参加が困難な場合は、当日であっても参加費を全額返金いたします。速やかにご連絡ください。ただし、期間を過ぎてのキャンセルが度重なる場合は、今後の予約をお断りする場合がございます。

▶ 当日の遅刻について

やむを得ず遅刻される場合は、お早めに下記電話番号までご連絡ください。
イベント終了までに間に合わなかった場合は「無断キャンセル」扱いとなり、規定のキャンセル料が発生いたしますのでご注意ください。

▶ Cancellation Fees

Up to 11:59 PM the day before: No cancellation fee.

On the day (from 12:00 AM onwards): 100% of the advanced ticket price.

No-show (Cancellation without notice): 100% of the advanced ticket price.

▶ Payment Method

If a cancellation fee occurs, please remit the payment to our designated bank account. We will provide the bank details individually.

▶ No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness for all guests, if you have two consecutive no-shows, we may refuse your future booking requests.

▶ Exemptions (No Cancellation Fee)

Event Cancellation by Host: If the event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund. We will notify you separately regarding the refund process and schedule.

Emergency Situations: In the event of a family bereavement, severe weather, or natural disasters, the full fee will be waived even for same-day cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse future bookings if late cancellations occur frequently.

▶ Running Late on the Day

If you are unavoidably running late, please contact us as soon as possible at the number below. If you do not arrive before the event ends, it will be treated as a "No-Show," and the 100% cancellation fee will apply.
