The Kitahata region of Kochi Prefecture, encompassing the Taisho, Towa, and Nishitosawa districts in the upper reaches of the Shimanto River, is Kochi's top chestnut producing area. Dabada Hiburi shochu was born in 1985 as a local specialty from these three regions. We use a generous 50% chestnuts and distill it slowly at low temperatures to seal in its aroma. This meticulous process results in a truly luxurious chestnut shochu with a unique and refined character. You'll experience the delicate aroma and soft sweetness of chestnuts gently spreading across your palate.
Awamori Aka no Matsufuji Single 550 yen Double 1,000 yen
This Awamori is the result of the encounter between “brown sugar yeast” born from sugarcane and Sakiyama Shuzo Shuzo Shojo's special “three-day koji” yeast. It is characterized by its aroma and mildness, and the flavor and taste of new brew are sweet and light. The “brown sugar yeast” produces a lighter sweetness and aroma of brown sugar than conventional Awamori yeast, resulting in a gorgeous aroma and a quality of sake never before seen at Sakiyama Brewery.

This dessert plum wine fills the mouth with the fragrant flesh of Nishi-Yoshino plums. 1800ml contains the equivalent of about 18 plums, and is made
into an “Aragoshi Umeshu” with a fruity flavor. You can fully enjoy the aroma of sweet and sour plums, the thick texture, and the rich flavor of this dessert plum wine. The plums used are from
Nishiyoshino, Nara Prefecture. Please enjoy the pulp of one of Japan's representative plum brands with plum wine.
Yuzusyu Single 550 yen / Double 1,000 yen
This luxurious yuzu sake is made from domestically produced yuzu juice and blended with Umenoyado's sake. Yuzu comes from various regions in Japan, mainly Shikoku and Kyushu. The juice itself is carefully blended so that the aroma, acidity, oiliness, and bitterness blend together in a perfect balance. The juice used is equivalent to about 19 yuzu citrus fruits in a 1,800 ml bottle. By blending the juice at a low temperature so as not to spoil its flavor, we were able to create a liqueur with a refreshing flavor and acidity unique to yuzu that is pleasant to the palate.
